I am a philosopher by education (UJ), a graduate of the Wildnisschule Wildniswissen and the Meritum School of Personal Development Trainers. Alongside this practice, I work professionally with photography and am a GOPR mountain rescuer and PZN ski instructor.
Meditation, wilderness, and silence are central to my life and practice. I find meaning beyond well-trodden paths—in listening to wolves, following the traces of bears, and learning from the natural world. My work is rooted in respect for the Earth and in the intention to contribute to the well-being of all beings.

Currently - a trainer-alumnus of the 'Meritum' Coach School, mother, teacher and student of the meadow, forest and human mind.
When I can, I'm away – away from the city, the hustle and bustle, the excess of words and tasks. I'm looking for harmony in movement and stillness. In yoga and meditation. I prefer to break the silence with a song, stillness with a dance. I am soothed by the fire in the dormant forest, meadows full of herbs and the freedom of the forest. Every day I learn to live in mindfulness to another person, draw strength from the mountains, fluidity of movement from the river, openness from boundless spaces - for life to the full.
